The field day will feature their four “Food Hub” organizers, who will explain how their inter-related food and agricultural-based projects engage and connect their community to local foods as well as to the land it comes from. As a completely volunteer-led organization, this is all accomplished sustainably through donated time and goods. This inspiring model is easily adaptable to different communities and spaces.
