Great Lakes Sediment & Nutrient Reduction Program Meeting for Applicants

March 24, 2022

9:00 am – 10:00 am
Location: Online

The Great Lakes Commission recently announced the 2022 Request for Proposals for the Great Lakes Sediment Nutrient Reduction Program (GLSNRP). The program provides grants for actions in the Great Lakes basin that reduce nutrient loads from agricultural watersheds and reduce untreated stormwater runoff. Through the program, nonfederal units of government, tribes, or incorporated nonprofit organizations are eligible to receive grants for up to $200,000, supporting work over a period of up to three years. Applicants are invited to submit proposals for sediment and nutrient reduction activities associated with one of three project types: 1) agricultural non-point; 2) stormwater; and 3) Great Lakes shoreline or streambanks.
