Eric Wolske is a PhD candidate in the Department of Crop Sciences at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His current research focuses on rapid monitoring of shrub crops using drones. His other research includes currant variety performance in the Midwest and the effects of shade on black currant physiology and fruit biochemistry. Eric's goal is to help overcome the challenges in perennial crop production and increasing landscape diversity.
