Bobby was the District Conservationist in the Headwaters SWCD that has 16 PL-566/534 projects. He retired from NRCS in 2011. He and his wife own Whiskey Creek Angus in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Bobby is an NACD Soil Health Champion, award-winning author, and teaches natural resources management at James Madison University.
