We work with agency and private partners to ensure all conservation staff have ample opportunities to attend trainings necessary for successful conservation programs. Working through the State Interagency Training Committee (SITCOM), coordinators are committed to developing and sustaining a consistent and effective approach for the training and professional improvement of land and water resource conservation professionals in Wisconsin. Our conservation training program addresses current gaps, ongoing needs, and emerging issues, as well as provides consistency and accountability in all staffs' ability to implement practices.

You can view a curated selection of these trainings anytime here in the on-demand training library.

Some of these include the Land Conservation Committee (LCC) trainings via a series of prerecorded webinars. This delivery method will allow you to watch them anytime including at your LCC meetings.

If you have a training need in your county, please contact Kelli Myers.
