Solar Agreements

When a project is proposed, local governments have the opportunity to negotiate with developers to ensure emergency response needs are addressed, conservation priorities are protected, wildlife corridors remain open, and the community benefits from the development. 

University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point's Center for Land Use Education (CLUE) is in the process of compiling tools to help local governments engage with developers. Check back as we update this page with more information.
