The PIC's main function is to develop and implement an annual conference, which includes developing agendas, scheduling presenters, and all other activities associated with carrying out a successful conference. The PIC also coordinates a Member Scholarship Program and judges the Conservation Awards.
GET INVOLVED
Member Scholarships
PIC coordinates the Member Training Scholarship Program to help LWCD staff and committee members achieve their professional improvement and leadership goals. Scholarships help cover the expenses of our members who would otherwise be unable to afford to attend workshops, conferences, and other training opportunities.
Join the PIC
See our flyer on what we do and why it's important to have statewide representation. Join us to help plan sessions for our highly successful conference, promote and judge the Conservation Awards, and more.
Volunteer at the Conference
Unable to commit to becoming a PIC member? We always could use some extra volunteers at our annual conference. Contact Chris to learn more.
