Professional Improvement Committee

The Professional Improvement Committee's (PIC's) main function is to develop and implement an annual conference. This includes selecting the site, developing agendas, scheduling presenters, advertising the event, and all other activities associated with carrying out a successful conference. The PIC also promotes and judges the Conservation Awards.  View our Guiding Principles.

The PIC also coordinates a Member Scholarship program. Training scholarships are designed to help cover the expenses of WI Land+Water members who would otherwise be unable to afford a particular professional improvement or leadership training program.
