Conference costs (until February 15, 2017): Full Conference $275; Wednesday Only $110; Thursday Only $145; Friday Only $100; Guest/Spouse $100. Extra fees apply to registrations emailed/faxed/postmarked after February 15, 2017 ($15) and for onsite registration ($20). You must register onsite on or after March 4. Registrations are transferrable at any time. Cancellations received on or before March 3, 2017 will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations or no-shows at conference on or after March 4, 2017 will be liable for the entire conference fee. Due to covering pre-paid costs, there are ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS to the fee/cancellation schedule.
