The details you provide here will allow our staff to build your custom space in our interactive Conference Program. Please revisit our Sponsor Information Packet to review what benefits are included in your chosen sponsorship level.

This is the person who should review and approve the final design in the conference program.
All sponsorships come with at least one full registration for our conference. Please include this, especially if the contact person for the sponsorship information is not the person attending the conference. If no one will be attending, please indicate as "no attendee."

*Silver and Gold sponsors receive two full conference registrations.
This will be the direct link that we attach to your logo and name in the program and on our website.
Please include a high-resolution JPG or PNG file of your logo.
Please provide an "About Us" style blurb to feature in the newsletter. Feel free to include your mission and vision. The length of these may vary based on your sponsorship level. For ideas, please revisit the Sponsor Information Packet.
Please include any additional links (other than your main website) that you would like for us to include in your space. These could include links to social media channels, signups for newsletters, specific pages within your website, links to publications, etc. Please hit enter/return to start each link on a new line.
