WeCOPE- Connecting with Our Positive Emotions, is an interactive program for adults that uses everyday activities and intentional practice to build positive emotions and increase capacity to manage stress.
This 7-week long program, supports sessions meeting once a week for 60 minutes. Each session encourages practicing skills such as mindfulness, savoring, positive reappraisal, gratitude, and goal setting. You will learn a total of eleven positive emotion skills over the course of the program, but it will be up to you which skills you continue to carry with into your daily life.
WeCOPE has a strong evidence base and has been shown to reduce stress and depression, increase positive affect, and improve health.
