Phenology is the study of cyclic and seasonal natural phenomena, especially in relation to climate and plant and animal life. Zachery Feiner, an assistant scientist for the Center for Limnology at the University of Wisconsin and Wisconsin DNR, will share what changing snow and ice conditions mean for lakes and how changing ice phenology affects lakes and the fish that live in them
