The tour bus will leave from Bull Falls Brewery at 8:00 am. Our first stop will be at Miltrim Farm Inc. Participants will tour this family farm with the opportunity to learn about the systems they have established to mitigate their impact on their region's historically poor water quality. Following the tour, we'll continue learning over lunch with a round-table discussion with local watershed members. We will then load the bus to the next stop, Ross Ginseng. At Ross Ginseng, we'll discover how ginseng is produced, as well as the water-centric strategies they use, even admit ever-increasing challenges. Finally, the bus will return to Bull Falls Brewery for the final tour of the day. Before heading home, learn how Wausau's oldest micro-brewery is using water to craft their quality brewed beers while managing water quality and use. The event will conclude at 4:00 pm.
