Dr. Aaron Wilson will provide a brief introduction to the draft version of the U.S. Global Change Research Program’s Fifth National Climate Assessment (NCA5), now available for a 12-week public review and comment period. Dr. Laura Edwards will then discuss climate tools available for use in the Midwest, with a focus on mesonet capabilities in South Dakota.
