-----
This training will cover some of the major responsibilities of lake organization leaders, particularly around holding productive meetings. The first part will focus on developing agendas and properly planning for and letting people know about meetings. Lake districts have specific rules to follow when noticing their meetings, but there are some good practices that apply to all organizations. We will cover the basics of Robert's Rules of Order and answer your questions. We will also focus on secretary duties, covering meeting minutes and what Wisconsin's records retention rules mean (and don't mean) for lake districts.
20% off by January 31st. The last day to register for in-person attendance is March 16 (walk-in registration available if there are still spots open in the workshops)
