Improving Growers Bottom Line and Phosphorus Uptake with New Fertilizer Technology

September 12, 2023

11:00 am – 12:00 pm
Location: Webinar

New fertilizers can help growers decrease phosphorus use by up to 50% while preserving yield. This webinar focuses on a form of technology (RhizoSorb) that is backed by more than three decades of research at Pennsylvania University and tested across hundreds of on-farm trials. Based on a chemical gradient in the soil rather than environmental conditions, this fertilizer technology goes on the field like any other dry granular formulation. However, it responds to the soil’s anionic exchange to improve plant uptake throughout the growing season, so that growers might save up to 10 to 15% per acre on fertilizer cost. Learn more about this technology so that when it shows up on the shelf, you’re prepared with an understanding of how it functions and how it might work in your farming operations.
