Learn about how each farmer uses their high tunnel, how they built it, what they would do differently, how the high tunnel benefits them, and how they manage their high tunnel when confronted with production challenges unique to high tunnel production. End the tour with a presentation by the DATCP Produce Safety Team to learn about food safety rules and the services this team can offer to producers.
