USDA will provide Wisconsin growers with an overview of the U.S Domestic Hemp Production Program. Specifically covering the licensing, sampling, testing, reporting, and compliance aspects of being a USDA licensed producer. We will also cover the major differences between the USDA and Wisconsin hemp program rules. An hour will be allotted to Q&A with both USDA and DATCP staff.
