What is our relationship with the places in which we live and work? How do we influence our places, and how do places influence us? This edition of the Digital Dialogue series explores the social, ecological and biophysical factors that actively shape communities.

The session on Tuesday, October 4th will feature Dr. Dan Williams, Senior Research Social Scientist with the Rocky Mountain Research Station at the US Forest Service. Dr. Williams will overview what place-making is, how places are created across spatial scales, and closing the knowledge practice gap in sustainable agriculture.
