The SE Area AITCOM is holding a GPS Surveying Training. We plan on going through GPS surveying basics and taking a topographic survey on the grounds of the government center. We will then have a short demonstration on using Civil3D to upload, process, and export points to the GPS data collector. From there we will stake out points and features exported from Civil3D as an example for staking out a project for construction.
 

We will have Trimble and Carlson instructors. Please bring your GPS survey equipment. Feel free to
bring a laptop to follow along with the Civil3D demo but be aware this is not intended as a Civil3D
training.
