NCAT Sustainable Agriculture Specialist Felicia Bell will be leading this workshop on cover crops and water infiltration. She will be discussing different types of cover crops, the benefits cover crops provide, and different ways of terminating cover crops without chemicals.

Cover crops improve water infiltration, and Felicia will also be discussing this topic. She will share the importance of understanding water infiltration and how water moves on your property. She will discuss simple tests for measuring your water infiltration rates and ways to reduce runoff and keep rainwater on your property and in your soil.
