Taught by Scott Johnson, founder of the Low Technology Institute & Farmer This workshop will cover three types of composting systems: basic turned pile, aerated static pile, and vermicompost. Compost offers nutrients and soil microbiome to the small- to medium-scale grower, often “only” at the cost of labor. We’ll talk about scalability, feedstocks, and more.
