The theme of the 24th Conference on the Small City and Regional Community will be Climate Change and the Small City: Domestic and International Perspectives. The conference will be conducted in person at Winona State University.

The Conference welcomes various types of presentations (e.g., papers, roundtable discussions, workshops, posters, etc.) related to the theme. Policy makers, applied professionals, academic researchers, public officials, community advocates, and students are invited to participate. Organizers include Winona State University’s Departmentof Sociology, and Universityof Wisconsin-Stevens Point’s Center for the Small City.
