Each February, WCA holds its annual Legislative Conference in Madison. The two-day meeting provides a briefing on legislative proposals affecting counties and reports by WCA Government Affairs staff, state officials and thought leaders. The 2026 WCA Legislative Conference will be held February 10-11, 2026 in Madison at the Madison Concourse Hotel.
