Who do you give money to? I’ll bet you think about it before you do. If you are reading about conservation, you think about your future and what Wisconsin will look like for your children. WI Land+Water’s county-based land and water conservationists have this motivation every day and they do something about it. They work directly with landowners to fix erosion problems, clean up lakes, streams, forests, wetlands and groundwater. You can read on to find out how good they are it too. But their funding sources are drying up along with a lot of other public funding these days. And this is happening at a time when the land is getting worked harder than ever.
If you want to make a difference in your neighborhood, please consider putting a bit of your money where projects get done and resources are protected.
WI Land+Water is a non-profit organization so your donation is tax deductable. Thanks for considering an investment in WI Land+Water.
